CBS Interactive
2013 - 2018 | Burbank, CA
Senior UX Designer
October 2017 - November 2018
I was promoted to a senior role due to the strength of my work on the CBS All Access product. This allowed me to lead projects, be a champion for the user and mentor newer designers. CBS All Access continued to be my main focus and our team was dedicated to improving it through continual user testing and analysis. Features that we have added (or are in the process of adding) are:
PayPal Payment Method
Multiple Live TV Channels
Improved Registration Process
International Expansion
UX Designer
December 2013 - October 2017
When I first started at CBS, my primary responsibility as a UX designer was the launch and growth of the CBS All Access VOD streaming product. I worked with business executives, product owners, visual designers and developers to get the initial product successfully launched within an aggressive nine month timeline. Since then, we have continued to test and refine CBS All Access by adding more features that benefit the user, such as:
Commercial Free Subscription Plan
Annual Billing
Expanding Presence Across Platforms
Live TV Streaming
SHOWTIME® Add-On
Gift Cards
NBC Universal
2006 - 2013 | Universal City, CA
Senior UI/UX Designer
November 2009 - November 2013
Shifting away from show designs, my focus was applied exclusively to global and second screen initiatives. I worked with senior staff and product executives on a range of projects that included establishing an overall design strategy across all platforms, creating site templates and enhancing the viewing experience with second screen games and apps. I created user flows and wireframes and advanced the designs through various stages of fidelity before fleshing out concepts; additionally, when outside vendors were used, I provided art direction as necessary. I worked on projects such as:
NBC.com Global and Show Site Redesign
‘The Winner Is’ Play-Along (art direction)
‘Take It All’ Play-Along (design and game flow)
Creation of Site Design Templates
UI Designer
December 2006 - October 2009
My responsibilities were spread between show site support and global initiatives. Projects that I worked on included:
NBC.com Video Player
Upfronts
‘Heroes’, ‘Awake’, ‘The Event’, ‘Chuck’ and ‘Up All Night’ Show Sites

I have been approved to illustrate for licensed properties such as Star Wars, DC Comics and The Walking Dead. Working with several companies that make trading cards, I have produced base cards as well as one of a kind original sketch cards that are pack inserted as incentives for collectors to chase. For each set, I will illustrate anywhere between 20 to 300 unique 2.5” by 3.5” cards. Sets that I have illustrated artwork for include:
Cryptozoic Arrow Season 4
Cryptozoic DC Comics Women of Legend
Viceroy Carnival
Cryptozoic Walking Dead Comic Book Set 2
